      I have been involved in the construction field for over 20 years,

from site preparation to finishing. Over the years of seeing the potential

problems arising from new construction to renovations, I have

decided to apply my knowledge and experience to help home

buyers find those potential problems and become more

knowledgable about their purchase.

    The inspections usually take from 2-4 hours. You are more than

welcome to attend the inspection with your realtor. I will address

any concerns you may have about the home. At the end of the

inspection you will receive a dvd in a PDF format which can be

E-mailed, printed or reviewed at any time.

    In my comprehensive reports, you will find age, condition, life expectancy and

maintenance schedules. The easy to read report includes photos,conditions and

the life expectancy. Any questions or concerns will be answered locally, with no

 hidden fees or out of country operators.

    Each home is inspected on its unique design and setting therefore the custom

reporting system will guide you through your purchase and help you make a

informed decision, on whether the home you are looking at is right for you.
